Useful information 

• Our peaceful and pleasant atmosphere is designed for guests who appreciate quiet relaxation, which is why we do not accept bookings for guests under 14 years of age.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
• The minimum stay is 3 days, or 7 days during high season. For shorter stays, please contact us directly.
• The total amount does not include the local tourist tax of € 3.60 per person per day for all guests aged 14 and over.
• A booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price. The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, postal transfer or directly online.
• Bookings are considered confirmed as soon as the “confirmatory deposit” has been received, in accordance with Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.

Cancellation policy

• more than 2 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
• from 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking value
• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value
• during the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking value

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is always retained. In the event of late arrival, no-show or early departure, further cancellation charges may also apply.
Tip: we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are protected against cancellation charges in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Pass

Upon conclusion of the accommodation contract, guests receive the Val Gardena Guest Pass (hereinafter “Guest Pass”). In accordance with Resolution of the Provincial Government of South Tyrol no. 732/2022, the Guest Pass is valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport services within the integrated südtirolmobil network, as well as additional services that may vary depending on the local tourism organisation. Detailed information is available at: suedtirol-guestpass.info 
The sole body responsible for issuing the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobility Consortium, appointed on 16.11.2022 by the South Tyrol Tourism Association (LTS) as the single coordinating body in accordance with the Provincial Government resolution mentioned above. Details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use are communicated by the third-party body responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Detailed information is available at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
